- toomuchtodo 2y agoThis is important sentiment data because, in a forward looking macro where workers are scarce, employers are desperate to hold on to workers by any means necessary. If workers recognize their job is just a job and emotional investment can't be used to retain and lower churn, labor costs will rise.
