Luma AI retroactively revokes commercial use rights
- dagmx 2y agoA friend sent me their terms which state that they can retroactively revoke commercial use rights if you stop paying > Important: Your commercial rights apply only while your subscription is active. If you downgrade to a plan that does not include commercial use or cancel your subscription, you lose the rights to use previously generated content for commercial purposes. In all my years working in tech + design, I’ve never seen anyone actually try to force you into a perpetual subscription like this.
