To this day, dealing with Boox customer service is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
- 3abiton 2y agoCan confirm, and would recommend against buying one. Additionally they lock down their bootloader and do not release their kernel source code, basically you're trusting your data and home network for a random vendor. It's a shame because their devices (hw) are extremely capable.
