- eesmith 2y agoOffer void where prohibited by law. https://support.apple.com/en-us/122234 https://support.apple.com/en-us/122234 How certain are you that the US has not issued a secret order, eg, via the FISA court, to turn off data protection for someone's account?
- lurking_swe 2y agogood point about different regions. And if that is part of your risk profile, you should not be backing up your stuff in the cloud using google or apple PERIOD.
