Do you honestly believe it’s possible to rebuild ANY code base with millions of lines of code, to another language in MONTHS?
It won’t be a ”bumpy road”. It will be a total failure.
- skc 2y agoI believe there is certainly some hubris involved in their projected timeline but I think at least part of that is due to a belief that we have much, much better tooling today than was available to teams that attempted this sort of thing back in the day.
