Yeah, that logic doesn't work. I guess the point is that you shouldn't categorically judge its production because of the worst examples, which I guess applies to any meat/fish production. But to say we should "judge it by the best examples" is totally wrong, especially when the worst examples are worse than the worst examples of producing other types of meat.
