- alabastervlog 2y agoI honestly think their strategy at this point might be to incur so incredibly much in very-real damages on a variety of fronts that the courts are left with the choice of either letting them get away with most of it (so, most folks aren't compensated for the harm they suffered) or forcing the US into abrupt bankruptcy (same outcome for the harmed, but also the US enters a severe depression instantly).
- kccoder 2y agoWHEN they screw this up any litigation will be a "witch hunt" and they'll simply refuse to pay any settlement awarded, assuming they allow it to get that far.
- ttyprintk 2y agoI think it’s a centrist position to expect DOGE will need a bailout.
