This is my favorite building on the planet, not only for its design and architecture but also for what's inside and out. The plaza in front and the constant buzz of locals and tourists it attracts work exactly as Renzo Piano envisioned: it's a real place that people gather for the purpose of being near a cool building! That's architecture serving the community and adding joy. I love it.
