- khelavastr 2y agoNew York emergency prep folks could have made sure they had adequate breathing protection for responders in emergencies. A couple thousand positive-pressure hood systems is totally affordable for a city like New York. They paid their positive pressure hood money to corrupt New York unions and worse instead.
