The CA legislature actually passed a law stating it was their intent to pass a law?
- Animats 2y agoNot passed, just introduced. It's a placeholder that can move forward to committee. Then, if it goes anywhere, details will be filled in by amendment. This is the legislative equivalent of a function stubbed out in code.
