The others aren’t going to be looked on kindly either.
This is why they are targeting “aspiring”, aka the ones who don’t know better. Those are some insanely predatory terms.
For anyone NOT familiar with how this type of session photography works, the IP rights of photos generated are typically retained with the photographer and specific use rights are purchased by the subject. Purchasing the IP rights for a session is usually significantly more expensive (depends on the photog, and they may not even offer it). The only ones who give up IP rights so easily are the photogs who don’t know any better.
