This exactly. Numbers in XLS(X) are (hopefully) not locale-specific – why should they be in CSV?
- afiori 2y agoCSV -> text/csv Microsoft Excel -> application/vnd.ms-excel CSV is a text format, xls[x], json, and (mostly) xml are not.
