It's not baffling. He just thinks that laws don't apply to him.
- EasyMark 2y agoTo be fair the Supreme Court just gave him an out to all but the most heinous crimes conducted as "official acts". He can do almost anything he wants and not worry about going to prison, and he can pardon all of his underlings.
