The cause of an incompetent management class is a subservient worker class.
Now a subservient worker class is either that they are incompetent or they don’t have access to capital, meaning that they can’t strike out on their own and leave management to suffer the consequences of their incompetence.
- Buttons840 2y agoDisconnecting most benefits from employment would be a good start, especially healthcare. Imagine if small companies could focus on their product and customers instead of on being the entire social safety net for their employees.
