The most I've done with it so far has been asking what a nice database layout might look like for a given problem, copying the output to a markdown file, and then referencing it as I personally design the schema. LLMs are pretty cool, but they make all sorts of unpredictable errors, and - especially when you're using them for things you're unfamiliar with - introduce all sorts of hidden costs you won't catch until later.
