I live in Orlando and interact with lots of tourists including Canadians. It’s mostly the older Canadians who are snowbirders who are thinking about Costa Rica. In fact, in a few years, my wife and I are thinking about snow birding in Costa Rica from Florida for a few months and eventually establishing permanent residency down there while still keeping our Florida home. I’m more than willing to pay into their government run healthcare - Caja.
