72 hours of supplies would not be nearly enough.
- explodingman 2y agoEmergency services get 72 hours grace before they have to feed people. It’s for their benefit in planning responses.
- theshrike79 2y agoIt's not for "Russians launched nukes and we're all going to die" situations. It's also for "we all got sick and can't manage to go to the store" -> 72 hours of supplies so we don't starve.
- OutOfHere 2y agoIt is nothing like being sick. When sick, there is running water at home as usual. Also, one can order food or groceries while sick.
