Finding a way to just see my unread emails took me way longer than I care to admit, and I typically am one to figure out UI's fairly fast. Switching _to_ outlook is like that. Got a job in a non-tech company a few years ago and I still have trouble with the unintuitive and odd behavior that is outlook classic.
