They bricked my LG v35, and I never got a dime back. Simply because, even though I purchased the phone through them, after I lent it to a friend, they couldn't... proved I owned it anymore. Despite, me having it in my possession, my friend telling them they just borrowed it, and you know, I literally purchased it through Google for their Fi Service. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me there was nobody senior to them (an obvious farce and outright lie). Thanks jackasses!
