I've been talking to people about re-doing home purchasing for literally 20 years. Getting people interested, browsing, and selecting listings to view has never been the problem. "Schedule a showing" is the problem. You don't want to be there when potential buyers are there. And you aren't going to let just anyone into your home simply because they were on an app. So you need a trusted 3rd party. Hence, agents.
Also, real estate agents already have sites and apps to help you browse and filter listings. As a buyer, those apps already have the features that you describe on your site, including the list of properties, amenities, info, and buttons to "Schedule a showing". I'm not seeing a differentiator in the experience, yet you are asking for money to use your app.
If you really think you have something here by adding AI, your best business model is not a B2C SaaS, it is partnering with the big real estate firms and selling them on a better mousetrap to offer their customers, to replace their existing solutions.

What differentiates us is that we allow natural language and only show what they are looking for . Essentially , what perplexity is doing to Google search. I was thinking to sell directly to real estate firms since they are the ones who are incentivized to sell, but I prefer to make a consumer app since I’m also a real estate investor
