His articles are very long, but I find the narratives they present to be compelling. This one is a bit different than the prior two, in that it's summarizing them and putting them into context, while also doing a lot of explaining (maybe too much) about why he is a skeptic and why he thinks it's important, compared to being cautiously optimistic (which he excoriates with justifies his reasoning for doing so).
