That's what it looks like. I'm not sure I really care much for it, other than the fact that it no longer appears to use the Graphite URL api. Personally, I'd rather have graphite-web running and then use an alternative frontend like Descartes[1] or Graphiti[2]. Still, it's pretty good that there is an alternative frontend, if nothing else but to expand the graphite ecosystem.
