Memantine is an NMDA antagonist like ketamine and other dissociatives.
- OutOfHere 2y agoMemantine is in no way a disassociative though at therapeutic doses. It also has dopaminergic activity which manifests gradually over months while the NMDAr antagonist activity dials down.
