- Tadpole9181 2y agoUnlike any of those countries, the majority of Canada's population lives almost touching the border. And most of that is in a single strip. They also don't have an environment conducive to guerilla warfare. The advantage they do have is a modern military and, maybe, French nukes. Any modern leader not thinking of nuclear proliferation as a form of self defense at this point is a fool.
