I've been pushing my clients to buy IT gear sooner than later. I'm seeing more price hikes and outages on new kit and the rate of those is increasing. I'm not seeing an impact on the used hardware market from US sources - or at least not yet. UK sources got hit with steep shipping costs a month ago. I'm not sure about Canada.
