I just fo to monoprice and buy whatever clear bag they sell. Network, usb, dp, HDMI, whatever. It works. Every time. I even had their HDMI to 2xCat6 cable bridge, that worked fine with, you guessed it, monoprice cat6. Dozens of yards. Maybe I've just gotten lucky buying cheap commodity cables.
