What happened? This is reporting on the first round but I can't find a follow-up on how things went. Did Caterpillar back down or did Cat and Cloud lose their apparel trademark?

- jemmyw 2y agoYah but it was only the apparel side that Caterpillar threatened, so they may have won or given up and stopped selling clothes. Looking at their online store they don't have anything with Cat printed on it right now.
