You're right, space hasn't a property. Even the world, maybe, shouldn't have it as it belongs to space. Property is a human invention. Yes, it is a great day for everyone, but it is exceptionally more great for those people who financed the NASA program by paying more taxes for it. Maybe sooner or later we'll see a joint cooperation between different countries to discover farther worlds. PS: I'm not american.
