Wouldn't that be just a function of there being _a ton_ of old Teslas out there? That number will go up over time - they sold 634K cars in the US in the last year alone, about a half of the overall EV market. Expect a lot of trade ins, some of them for other brands, in 6-10 years.
- bdcravens 2y agoYes, if the numbers are relatively organic. This article doesn't provide much in the way of details, but many others have shown an outsized sales affect, especially when other EV manufacturers are actually growing sales.
