How did they know the guard consulted ChatGPT?

  The cops had confiscated all the electronic devices for a "forensic" examination. The easiest explanation is that it was probably found on said person's ChatGPT history logs. The notion that someone at OpenAI outed this info sounds a bit far-fetched. Not impossible of course.
