Never understood the hate for Vista...ran fairly smoothly for me back then but then I was 10 so maybe my opinion isn't gonna be as informed.
- duxup 2y agoFor me early on in the Vista experience it was a lot of cheese moving with half done new UI, and then things not where you want to find them. Also what seemed like a lot of unexpected system prompts related to permissions / security that didn't explain why you were seeing it... It worked, but felt like I was boxing my computer at times.
