  From what I could tell of the Git repo (2min skimming), their model is generating a point cloud, and they're then applying non-ML meshing methods on that (marching cubes) to generate a surface mesh. So you could plug any point-cloud-to-surface-mesh software in there. I wondered initially how they managed to produce valid meshes robustly, but the answer is not to produce a mesh, which I think is wise!
