- duxup 2y ago>Under closer examination, two things immediately stood out. First, nowhere in the legal documents is Dissent Doe or their website listed as a defendant. Second, this order was obtained without notice to Dissent Doe and the target of the order was never given a change to argue their case, much less file anything to object to the proposed injunction. That's very interesting. It seems like the legal firm is arguably misrepresenting this order ....
- blackeyeblitzar 2y agoSpeaking of which, what happened to the United Health / Change Healthcare breach last year? They claimed it affected 100 million people (https://techcrunch.com/2024/10/24/unitedhealth-change-healthcare-hacked-millions-health-records-ransomware/ https://techcrunch.com/2024/10/24/unitedhealth-change-health...) but the number has been revised even higher since then. But somehow there’s no news coverage, no outrage, and no consequences for this. Half of America had their medical records stolen due to a lack of two factor authentication, and no one is in jail for it.
