Introductory pricing and service quality is a time honored marketing method. I’m still waiting to see if free news will collapse as a phenomenon. It’s hard to pay journalists and editors off $1/user/year in revenue from surveillance capitalism ads.
- duxup 2y agoMost "introductory pricing" I run into a is a lot more structured. But even so... doesn't matter, users by their choices "want" or encourage this system :(
