Technically the "due process" clause is in the 14th Amendment, ratified 1868. ;)
- cafard 2y ago"nor shall any person ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" is in the Fifth Amendment.
- AlecSchueler 2y agoMany might say the 19th, which took effect in 1920.
