Try to talk about what these people love to do, even if that's outside of their craft or the company. - What was their first job? - Where are their "people" from? (Family, ancestors) - What do they dislike most about their industries culture? Although the answer doesn't matter, these questions can expose a lot of a persons personality and history in a short amount of time.
