Oh damn, I feel kinda bad reading this for the company haha. It’s definitely a risk, and I think trusting AI too much is still a bit premature. Retalk.bot will let users create their own workflows and control exactly what they want to allow or not. In this specific case, I would’ve preferred sending a quote rather than letting someone buy a car directly.
