- orionblastar 2y agoI am a programmer analyst, I can be replaced by AI. What should I do for a living if I can't find a job? Should I use AI to program for me and then sell the code, or is that unethical like plagiarism?
- mubou 2y agoI can't speak for you, but personally, a company that would consider replacing its engineers with AI is a company I would not want to work for in the first place. Maybe once LLMs gain actual intelligence I'll begin to worry.
- orionblastar 2y agoUnfortunately, many companies are using AI now to replace people. They are hiring AI Technicians to write prompts for programming code. It can even do old stuff like COBOL and FORTRAN.
