Thanks for sharing the keyboard story! I agree that keyboards can be improved, but I think gradual changes—like making them split and wireless—are a better approach. I use a split keyboard myself and can comfortably do development with just 34–36 keys. If the interface changes too much in a short time, it can become quite a hassle.
