You’re assuming that every trans person feels able to live publicly according to their identity. Clearly in some places that isn’t the case. Perhaps the tech industry is particularly accepting. Also, I am not an expert on this, but I question whether “agenda” is appropriate. That seems to describe a concerted political movement. I think you are really just observing trans people.
