A valid visa (or even a green card) does not guarantee entry in the US.
- fzeroracer 2y agoDo you have an actual point? The court and judge called it a deportation, ordered CBP to not go through with the deportation unless given valid notice in order to gather facts on the case and they went forward with said deportation anyways. The country has laws for a reason.
