Audio and even video evidence would become inadmissible in court pretty soon. I doubt it. More likely more simulated evidence will be admitted. The legal system is not rigged against prosecutors. As an organ of state, it operates in the interests of the state. In Hobbesian terms, as an aspect of the sovereign, the courts' only purpose is to keep the peace.
