You steal from others and make them pay - constant scraping cost money (traffic, server load, scraping protection). Then you should only be allowed to release open source models.
- gloxkiqcza 2y agoA ruling that only open source models can freely use copyrighted data for training would be a funny outcome and a big F you to OpenAI. I don’t expect it to happen but an interesting thought nonetheless.
