I could believe that in 2016 - but now I absolutely don't. People have seen what 4 years of Trump look like, and they voted to have that again. Biden being or not being competent has literally nothing to do with it - everyone who voted for Trump did so because they saw what his 4 years of presidency looked like and they like it. If they say otherwise they are just lying to themselves first and foremost.
