RE "..... Maybe we'll never know what caused the doors to remain locked,...." The investigation and the vehicle safety regulator should determine what caused doors to not be able to be opened. Safety Changes ( laws )should be introduced by regulator so this can not happen again

- bigfatkitten 2y agoThis is an extremely dangerous design. Good luck finding those handles in a panic in a smoke-filled vehicle cabin, especially if you don't know they exist. Bonus points if you can do it with post-collision shock or concussion, drunk on alcohol, high on drugs, or with a combination of these impairments.
