I meant it like 'OpenAI has many sessions of rich text to mine' and my hunch is that identifying individuals of interest is possible at least in some cases. Knowing exactly what's on their mind and what problems they are trying to solve is priceless information. I'm not even implying that OpenAI would tailor the bot output to influence them... but it's there for the taking.
