Show HN: Brollly – Generate color palettes and font pairs with one keystroke
I built Brollly (https://brollly.com https://brollly.com) to solve a common problem I faced as a developer: creating decent-looking web projects without spending hours on design decisions.
What it does:
- Generates harmonious color combinations (brand, secondary, accent)
- Suggests font pairings (headings and body text)
- Shows everything in your actual content's context
- One keystroke (Space bar) to generate new combinations

The key differentiator is seeing how everything works together in your actual context, letting you go from blank canvas to professional design in minutes instead of hours.
It is work in progress, but I'd appreciate any feedback, especially on the generation algorithm and UX.
- emson 2y agoThis is really useful I often find I want to spin through different designs and I was wanting something like this for my own projects. Have you thought about being able to go back to previous designs? Would also like to Shadcn components in the mockup too. Really cool. Thanks!
