One more reason why technical interviews should be in person and, better yet, using a whiteboard only.
- ScribixInsights 2y agoTrue, I agree on this. In a sense we hope that also by developing this product we can shift the current interview process and focus for what really is important. At the end of the day, leet code style interviews are just memorizing solutions and explanations.
