No WARN notice because severance was very generous. 1 month of pay per year worked (minimum of 4, maximum of 8 months) + 1 year healthcare coverage. Not many people know the actual number laid off, won't till next week

- ko2ccs 2y agoIt's loose at best, WARN has no teeth and paying at least 60 days severance is generally considered compliant. Employees made out WAY better the way it was executed by Bending Spoons. Last year Brightcove gave 2 weeks of pay when they did layoffs. I know many people that are thrilled
