The hook near the start (something about moonshine) is unintelligible for sure (and supposed to be) but honestly the rest of it is easier for me than a lot of mainland US accents! I am from the West Country as GP mentioned, it's not quite the same but certainly has a similar sort of drawl as the stereotypical local farmer. (I haven't seen it but I believe there's a deliberately barely-intelligible character in Clarkson's Farm who's an example of it, if you're familiar. Or Hot Fuzz.)
